At REEL TRİKO, we manage the different stages of production within our manufacturing structure and complete the final checks through ironing, packaging and quality control processes.

One of the final stages in the production journey that begins with yarn is quality control. The aim is to identify potential sewing, measurement, accessory, embroidery or surface issues before products are prepared for shipment.

Knitted garments made with different yarns are inspected at specific stages of production, including while they are still semi-finished.

For models requiring stone, embroidery or accessory applications, the production sequence is planned according to the design. Model specification sheets are prepared by our design and production teams to ensure that the selected fit, stones, embroidery and accessories are applied correctly.

Once the required operations are completed, the products return to the inspection stage.

Measurements, stitching, handwork, labels, accessories and overall appearance are carefully checked before the products are prepared for sale and shipment.

How Are Knitted Garments Ironed?

Forknitwear production, ironing is not only used to remove wrinkles; it also helps regulate the shape, measurements and overall appearance of the garment.

REEL TRİKO operates 6 steam ironing systems with laser-assisted measurement technology.

Temperature and ironing methods are determined according to the characteristics of the yarn, knitted structure and product design.

The aim is to achieve the measurements specified in the production sheet while preserving the garment’s shape, texture and surface structure.

Where necessary, detailed hand ironing can also be applied after steam ironing.

Why Is Quality Control Necessary?

Quality control is not limited to the final stage of production. It is an integrated process covering pre-production, production and post-production stages.

Once manufacturing is complete, products are transferred to the quality control table and inspected by experienced teams.

The inspection includes:

If a correctable production issue is identified, the product is returned to the relevant department for the necessary action.

After customer-specific size and brand labels are applied, the garments go through final checks.

Care instructions are added and the products are packed individually or in assortments according to the order requirements.

This prepares the garments for domestic delivery or international shipment.
